Just to let you know Chyna had her first checkup and 2nd puppy shot. She is doing wonderful...weighs 10 lbs 8 oz. . Will start working with the etropion shortly. The vet says she will try a stitch down when she is a little older before we have to do her surgery. Working good with the crate training and is housebroken...thank you, Charli
Hello Marilyn! How are you? I hope you are doing well! I took some pictures the other night after we gave Mayzee a bath and I wanted you to see how big she is getting! We went to the vet the last week and she weighs 17.6lbs, had a great check-up and the vet said he will fix her eyes during her spaying operation. I also wanted to thank you again for such a wonderful dog, I can't tell you how precious she is, we love her so much! In the enclosed pictures you can see she is always up to something, and she is so smart! I talk to her and she learns words and phrases very quickly. She is in love with Kassie, but bites her to no end and it's funny because she knows Kassie is a "child" and refuses to acknowledge any authority from her. Kassie runs from "high" spot to "high" spot in the house with a spray bottle to ward off the biting. When Joel and I play with Maze and she bites us, we say "no bite" and she stops! She is really a character! Every night she sleeps in the same spot, over the floor vent next to the patio door in our bedroom, she hogs all the air conditioning and has actually learned to open the vent with her paw if it is closed! Let me know how you are doing, I check your website for the puppies all the time! Take care and thanks again! Arryn
Hello Marilyn: Here are pitchure of Jordan and the kids, she is doing wonderful, kids and family love her, she is a big spoil baby we love her dearly thanks for breeding such beautiful dogs. We are enjoying her very much. Thanks again.
Hi marilyn, here are some mischa pix, isn't she cute. We love her so much thankyou for her.
Dear Marilyn, I just checked your web site to see if there were any more puppies yet, and saw your video. Then I decided to see what Willy would do if HE saw your video. Well, he sat in my lap at the computer (all 50+ pounds of him!) and he more listened than watched. Every time he heard your voice, he cocked his head back and forth, and tried to get inside the speaker to "see" you. If was so sweet. Yes, I just sat here and cried. You really MUST record some more with more of your voice, to send messages to your babies - THEY REMEMBER YOU!!! What an awsome accomplishment - just shows how much impact your love has made. Thought you might want to know, he definitely remembers you. Jeanne
Hi Marilyn, Tom is in charge of sending the pictures from his computer - this could take a while! I was so excited to see Willy as your centerfold on your home page! Maybe you could use some of the pics Tom is sending to show a "then and now" of the same puppy, so everyone can see how gorgeous they grow up to be. (Of course, I AM still prejudiced!) I love the new puppies, and I want another one. Tom is going to have to think about it. But I'll work on him. This first litter is the same parents as Willy, right? So they might have the same disposition? I can't believe how sweet he is. He does have the Chow mind-set (we won't say stubborn, just knows what he wants), but he is such a love bug. And he LOVES Tom more than anything in the world. He loves me, but Tom is His Person. He has done beautifully with all our cats; they're his best buddies and I don't think he knows he's different from them. But if he sees another cat outside, that's a different story. He knows it's not one of ours. He also has discovered squirrels and I swear this dog will be able to climb trees any day now, because he practices every morning. How are you, and how is that grandbaby? Did you buy out everything in town for Baby's First Christmas? Bet you did! Hope your Christmas was wonderful and your New Year will be the happiest ever. I'll be watching for the next litter. And I'll keep working on Tom to get another - he's definitely addicted to Chows if they could all be like Willy. Love to all your babies and to you. Jeanne
Hello Marilyn, I am sorry I have not written in such a long time our life has just been crazy lately! On December 2nd, Joel was snowblowing after a huge storm and stuck his hand in the blower to unclog the snow and YEP. . . . he chopped up his hand, compound fractures in 9 places, 6 pins in his fingers, 54 stitches and 2.5 hours of surgery!! Then came the holidays, which went well and since then we have gotten a record amount of snow, and snow and snow! I have to tell you what a remarkable dog Mayzee is, and I am not just referring to her sweet personality, fun loving attitude or her loyal ways, she truly is an awesome dog! Smart, intuitive and protective. When I brought Joel home from the hospital Mayzee slept with him day and night, tried like mad to heal his fingers by licking them (she would try to pull off the bandages to get at the wounds and was so gentle and careful) and watched over him constantly! In January we went to Indianapolis for Kassie's cheer competition and left Mayzee with my Mom and Dad (she just loves going to their house) but this was the first time we had spent a night away from her. At the competition we bought Kassie some night slippers that she likes to wear after school, but Mayzee has other ideas about the slippers. We have a fully fenced in backyard with a custom pet door built in the wall of the kitchen, so Mayzee has the full run of the house and the backyard when we are at work and everyday she takes Kassie's slippers from her bedroom upstairs out into the back yard. So Kassie started making it her routine to go out after school and get her wet, frozen slippers and that is when we found out Mayzee is a thief! Yesterday I was vacuuming the house and noticed I had an attachment missing, I looked everywhere but could not find it and YES when Kassie checked the backyard it was there along with a decorative bird, a roll of toilet paper and her slippers! She is so funny! Now when we are missing anything we just have to look in the backyard because if we leave it lay, she cleans its up! She even trys to take electronics out the door if they are on the floor! Well I have so many funny endearing stories I could go on forever, but just know you gave us the best gift we have ever gotten, Mayzee, we love, adore and cherish her! Thank-you! I will call and we can chat, I hope all is well with you and your family! I look forward to coming to visit you again this summer when we buy a "little boy" from you! Mayzee needs a brother to play with! Sincerely, Arryn
Hope you like these. Rocky is such a joy. We love him so much
Hi Marilyn, Here are some new pictures of Mischa... finally! She had such a great time opening her Christmas gifts and she got to play in the snow for the first time. Hope you enjoy how cute she is! Hope all is well with you and your family. Love, Laura, Jason, and Mischa Medio
Hi Marilyn!! Maya is doing great!! Oh, we love her so much! She is a busy girl and loves chewing on her little purple toy you gave her! We have her princess blanket in her kennel for her! Each day she gets a little more curious around the house. She is already finding her favorite places to be. She is adjusting to her harness and leash. She is very, very fast when she decides to get going! She loves chasing the kids around and playing tug of war with her rope. Mike took her to the office yesterday and today I worked at home half of the day, then Mike came home to have a late lunch with her! She is our baby doll and we just can't get enough of her! Here are a few of the many pictures we have taken! Hope all is well in your corner of the world. Talk to you soon! Debbie
Hi Marilyn He’s doing great. He’s 50 pounds, but he’s not fat at all. We walk a mile and a half each day and they run and play with each other. He’s still a big lover, when you get up in the morning he comes running over to give you a good morning licking. He knows when I drive up and is waiting for me to walk in, he is the most affectionate dog I’ll seen. We were on vacation at Table Rock from the 7th thru the 17th. We took the dogs with us, so they got to do some RVing and boating. He loves boating, he stands at the front of the boat with his hind feet on the seat and his front feet on the point. It’s neat with his hair blowing back he looks regal. I didn’t know if he could swim so I bought the dogs life preservers at Bass Pro, they had a handle I hung onto plus I had his leash attached and over my wrist. At the dock he decided he wanted to try swimming with me and the kids, so we eased him in, but he didn’t care for that. So I thought I’ll start taking him to our lake where he can walk in and gradually get him used to it as he wants to be in with us so bad. He whines if we take the boat out without him so we take him all the time. We probably spoil the dogs too much, but that’s us. Seen your new puppies they are beautiful. I thought that would be a great mix. Dave
Thanks for sending Mischa the birthday card! Were trying to pick her out...they're all so adorable! I can't believe she's "1" already. She loved her doggie cake we made her but hated her hat!! Hope you enjoy the pictures! Talk to you soon, Love, Laura, Jason, & Mischa

Hey Marilyn! Oh gosh I have been so busyyy. I just took a look at your new puppies! they are amazing and gorgeous. I can't believe the variety of colors you got!!! Good choice keeping the blue one :) Lilly is sooo great! I will get you pictures. Still blue eyes..:D She is the same silly heart. Loves her pool I swear. She goes in it at night so we have to flip it over before we go to sleep lol. She is the first one up and last to bed. It may have been a bad habit to start but she loves her 15 second car rides up and down the drive way...She runs the entire house and barks at her brothers until they play with her. So fiesty!!! She loves to greet people by licking their toes off! She still grabs my hand in her mouth and walks me up to the house door everytime I come home :). I have been working so much lately and haven't even got to sleep in this summer! Ah. well youll love the pictures!!! e-mail back. How are the puppies?

Hi Marilyn- Joe and I just wanted to let you know what a great job Rollie did coming home yesterday. He slept on his blanket you gave us about 4 of the 5 hours, pottied the two times we stopped and never whined once. None of us could believe how awesome he did. I had brought a paper sack full of towels, wipes, paper towels and a sheet in the event he accidentally pottied or got car sick, none of which he did. We got home and the neighbors were out waiting for us. About six of the neighborhood kids sat and petted him and he just laid there and took it all in, just like you said he would. He's met all of our neighbors and their kids, our best friends and several of our family members and has loved every minute of it, especially with the kids. Everyone is absolutely smitten with him, including us. We couldn't have asked for a better puppy. He did very well throughout the night last night. He only whined a few times, so we took him out to potty, put him back in his playpen and after about 2-3 minutes of whining, back to sleep he went. He's done a wonderful job of pottying outside. He's only gone in the house once. He loves to lay on the grass in the shade, he's already got two favorite spots picked out in the front yard. He's very smart and is such a good boy. Joe and I partly think that there is some of Norm in Rollie or else he's here with us and showing Rollie the ropes. So much of what Rollie does is exactly the things that Norm did. In particular the positions and favorite places that Norm used to sleep. It's unbelievable. Thanks again for everything. We are soooo excited to have Rollie as part of our family. We are a perfect match for each other. Here are some pictures that we've taken so far. Your friends, Joe, Melissa and Rollie
got to tell you, Max slept all night, didn't potty in kennel...ate and drank real good. Got one little prob though...he is trying to suckle Chyna and she doesn't go for it. Funny to watch. Tell Bobby he absolutely ruins these little guys...Max loves being outdoors running in the yard, but when he is done he climbs my leg wanting to be picked up and carried. Too cute...He loves to be held...hmmm - wonder why? Thanks Bobby. Have a great day and hope you got some rest last night? Crystal and babies doing okay? Luv, Charli
Hi Marilyn, Thought you would like an update on Roxy's first day with us: She rode wonderfully in the car, cried very little. We stopped at my mom's house for a break at about 1pm and she played with mom's cat a little and enjoyed lots of attention from grandma and her uncle. Then back on the rode to Springfield....she slept most of the way. Kemp was anxious to see her by the time we got home around 4pm. Of course, he is totally eaten up with her...she is so adorable. Teddy is doing great, not best buds with her (yet) but not pouting at all, just holding back a bit and observing. We took her to visit some neighbors and friends and they all agree she is the cutiest puppy ever! She slept all night without a peep until around 530 this morning, had her breakfast and a trip outside and then took another nap! She is getting plenty of attention from Katie and Emily (as you might imagine) and everything is going great. We've taken a lot of pictures but can't get them down loaded onto the computer this morning, we'll work on that so we can send some your way soon. Have a great day, Molly, Kemp, Katie, Emily, Teddy and Roxy Bear
