| We do not adopt our Chow Chow puppies to people who have had convictions for, Animal Neglect / Animal Abuse, Domestic Abuse, or Any Drug Related Charges. We reserve the right to run background checks on all of our clients. We do not and will not sale " Christmas Puppies" or " Birthday Puppies" * Chow Chow Puppies are chosen in the order we receive the deposits. Chow Puppies prices are determined when the puppies are born. We have different price ranges. The deposit to reserve a Chow puppy is $250.00 that is due when the puppy is two weeks of age, if we do not receive your deposit by then we will list the puppy as pending, we will contact you one time after that if we do not hear from you with in 24 hours we will then realist the puppy for adoption. Your deposit is taken off the puppy price. The remaining balance must be paid in full when the puppy reaches 7 weeks of age. We have a waiting list if you would like to be added to it please let us know. If you have adopted a puppy from us before and have stayed in touch with me like I have ask and have kept me updated on your puppy and you decide you want another our chow families have first priority and will be added to the top of the list, If you have not stayed in contact you will not get another puppy from me. * Our puppies are available to pet homes only (no breeding rights). We will give full registration for puppies that are to be shown, only to people who are experienced in showing/ breeding, and we will ask for proof. Tranquility Chows of Huzzah Creek, reserves the right to refuse anyone for full registration. You will be required to sign a show contract. All payments are non-refundable once we receive them. * All of our Chow Chow puppies come with: 1. An application for Registration (AKC ) 2. An Avid Microchip for prevention of losing your puppy. We DO NOT want any of our puppies ending up in shelters 3. One vaccinations (one at 6 weeks) unless your puppy will be flying then it will have had two vaccinations ( one at 6 weeks and one at 9 weeks) puppies should be vaccinated at 6,9,12, 16, and 22 weeks of age all puppies are wormed here at 2,4,6,8,& 10 weeks of age. 4. A health check from our veterinarian 5. Vaccinations and de-worming records 6. Puppy Pack, compliments of Purina, which includes a one pound sample of Purina Pro Plan puppy, a folder to keep all of your puppy's papers in and a Puppy Care Guide Magazine, 7. No Exceptions. * We offer shipping by air for an extra $350.00 For puppies up to 25lbs (includes crate) * Shipping by air is available Weather Permitting. * This price includes shipping costs, crate, and crate accessories. * We make all shipping arrangements. * We use Pet Air to ship our puppies * We will not ship puppies by air until they are 10 weeks old. * Puppies can be picked up here at 8 weeks old. * We do prefer you pick your Chow puppy up in person. * Due to Missouri State Law, if you pick your puppy up in the state of Missouri, we must charge sales tax of 5.225%. That will be added to the price of your Chow puppy. * We recommend that you feed your Chow puppy a good quality puppy chow such as Purina Pro Plan Puppy, Lamb & Rice until they reach 1 year of age to ensure their growth and good health. * We recommend consulting your veterinarian before giving your puppies vitamins this usually can do more harm than good,Purina Pro Plan Puppy food has everything your growing puppy will need. * All Tranquility Chow puppies will be adopted with a spay/neuter contract. Unless you have adopted a puppy for Showing. * It is up to your veterinarian to what age he or she feels your puppy should be spay/neutered, we do not recommend your Chow puppy to be spayed or neutered under 6 months of age. * Click here for our puppy contract ---> Puppy Contract Policies: * We adopt our Chow Chow puppies to families or individuals where they will have a loving home. * We are not a puppy mill. We do not sell to brokers or pet stores. * We do not sell Christmas Puppies. * We do not sell Chow puppies as gifts for a child's Birthday present. * Our puppies go to homes that love the Chow breed as much as I do. * We provide all of our mommies with a high quality diet, regularly scheduled vaccinations and de-wormings. * Your new Chow puppy will not be done with vaccinations or de-worming after you receive it. You will need to take it to your veterinarian within 3 days of receiving it so that your vet can recommend future vaccinations, heart worm prevention, de-wormings, flea and tick protection, etc. That will be needed to ensure your puppy's good health. * All of our puppy's applications for registration have Tranquility of HC at the beginning or end of the puppy's name, you choose the rest of the name. * Our Chow puppies are guaranteed for two years from date of birth against life threatening genetic defects. * If you would happen to find something genetically wrong with your puppy within two years, you must take it to a veterinarian and then contact us. If there is something wrong, you must send us a statement from your vet (with his phone number on it) stating what is wrong with your puppy. (Failure to do this will void our contract with you.) We will then gladly give you a puppy of the same breed color and sex as soon as one is available. No refunds of cash value will be given. * We care about our Chow puppies long after they leave our home. If at any time you can not care for your puppy, please contact us and we will help you find a home for him or her. We do NOT want any of our puppies to end up in shelters or homeless! They had a home when they left here and I always want them to feel wanted and they are always welcome to come back here if you cannot care for them anymore. I require that you send me a update every six months, if you do not think you want this responsibility please do not commit to it. I always want to stay in contact with everyone who gets a puppy from me if you move I will need your new address, phone number etc. I want to make sure everyone is always happy with their new Chow puppy and remember they all hold a special place in my heart. And you never know when I may stop in for a visit.
